Queen in Deficit Ver. 0.24a Release
Hey guys, the release is finally here. Sorry for keeping you waiting, something IRL came out a few weeks ago and interrupted my schedule a bit.
This time I made a new "Reform" category in the throne room decisions, which spends money to reform the system and raise the tax base, originally is 28 in the current version, but in the future it now start at a lower number. Since I got feedbacks saying it's too easy to horde money early on, and the tax income doesn't seem to be growing enough for a late game big army, I believe this will solve both problems.

- -New H-event with Gerard
- -New H-event in the succession chain.
- -Added the new "Reform" category in the throne room decisions,the tax base is now nerfed, and can be raise by this.
- -Fixed the bug where sometimes speak with Nighveil's "Bailabaikal" option won't show up properly

Hello there dev. I'm kinda early in the game and wanna ask somethin'. Will there be way to raise prestige by spending prosperity by giving away peasants laws in favour of nobles and vice versa (ex. having nobles own different lands and peasants havin' to work on them with low wages or giving away land to peasant farmers)?
No, I don't think so, Prestige and Prosperity are not of equal value, and there's plenty of ways to raise them already.
