0.30d Bug Fix for Queen in Deficit

Hey guys, sorry another bug fix here, this one... I don't know how this even happened but I patched it.
Please make sure you are running the latest version for optimized experience :

Change Log:

• -Fixed the bug that in the third phase of the Barbarian war, it teleport you into one of the Duke's bald events when you hit attack.
• -Fixed the bug in the Duke's prison you have to press enter one tile away from the edge, instead of just move to the edge of the map to leave.
• -Other minor fix.
